So it turns out the mother of the kids, who attacked Rachel and her friend and threatened Lara, is a drug dealer. Yeah, a drug dealing Mother here in this one street town.
When I ask Rachel how she knows she tells me 'everyone knows that.'
No wonder her kids act the way they do.
We know where they live and which school they go to but my girls don't want us to take any action unless they hassle them again so we've decided to leave it at that for the time being.
