Now I'm sad that my little sister has left Ireland and God knows when I'll get to see here again considering it was nearly three years this time but I'm ever so lucky to have another sister who, although she lives on the other side of Ireland, takes time out of her very busy life with her family and running her hotel to sends me important little messages like this;
"I've discovered if I place my hands on hips and push elbows far back gives illusion of thin arms not sure if it would work for a whole Friday night though!"
